2. Ποια δεδομένα συλλέγουμε
Όταν συμπληρώνετε μια φόρμα του site
- Ονοματεπώνυμο, τηλέφωνο και email.
- Στοιχεία του ακινήτου ή του αιτήματός σας: περιοχή, τύπος ακινήτου, υπνοδωμάτια, ημερομηνίες διαμονής, αριθμός επισκεπτών, το μήνυμά σας και, αν το χρησιμοποιήσατε, το αποτέλεσμα του υπολογιστή εσόδων.
Όταν επικοινωνείτε μαζί μας τηλεφωνικά, με email ή WhatsApp
- Τα στοιχεία επικοινωνίας σας και το περιεχόμενο της επικοινωνίας.
Όταν συνεργαζόμαστε (ιδιοκτήτες, ενοικιαστές, αγοραστές, επισκέπτες)
- Όσα στοιχεία απαιτούνται για τη σύμβαση και τις νόμιμες υποχρεώσεις, π.χ. στοιχεία ταυτότητας, ΑΦΜ, στοιχεία ακινήτου, ΑΜΑ, τραπεζικός λογαριασμός για πληρωμές.
Τεχνικά δεδομένα
- Διεύθυνση IP, τύπος συσκευής και browser, που καταγράφονται αυτόματα από τον πάροχο φιλοξενίας για λόγους ασφάλειας και λειτουργίας του site.
Δεν ζητάμε και δεν θέλουμε να μας στείλετε ευαίσθητα δεδομένα (π.χ. υγείας, θρησκεύματος) μέσω του site.

4. Σε ποιους κοινοποιούνται
Δεν πουλάμε και δεν νοικιάζουμε τα δεδομένα σας σε κανέναν. Τα μοιραζόμαστε μόνο όσο χρειάζεται με:
- Παρόχους υπηρεσιών (εκτελούντες την επεξεργασία) που δεσμεύονται συμβατικά να τα προστατεύουν:
- Netlify, Inc. (ΗΠΑ): φιλοξενία του site και παραλαβή των φορμών επικοινωνίας.
- Google (Google Workspace): email και αποθήκευση αλληλογραφίας. Επίσης Google Fonts για τις γραμματοσειρές του site.
- Supabase (διακομιστές στη Φρανκφούρτη, ΕΕ): βάση δεδομένων των ακινήτων και σύνδεση διαχειριστή.
- WhatsApp / Meta: μόνο αν επιλέξετε να μας γράψετε στο WhatsApp.
- Συνεργάτες, όταν χρειάζεται για την υπηρεσία που ζητήσατε: λογιστές, δικηγόροι, συμβολαιογράφοι, μηχανικοί, συνεργεία καθαρισμού και συντήρησης, πλατφόρμες κρατήσεων (Airbnb, Booking.com).
- Δημόσιες αρχές (π.χ. ΑΑΔΕ), όταν το επιβάλλει ο νόμος.
Διαβίβαση εκτός Ευρωπαϊκού Οικονομικού Χώρου
Ορισμένοι πάροχοι (π.χ. Netlify, Google) μπορεί να επεξεργάζονται δεδομένα στις ΗΠΑ. Η διαβίβαση γίνεται με τις εγγυήσεις του ΓΚΠΔ: απόφαση επάρκειας EU–US Data Privacy Framework ή Τυποποιημένες Συμβατικές Ρήτρες της Ευρωπαϊκής Επιτροπής.
5. Πόσο καιρό τα κρατάμε
- Αιτήματα που δεν οδήγησαν σε συνεργασία: έως 24 μήνες από την τελευταία επικοινωνία, και μετά διαγράφονται.
- Πελάτες και συνεργάτες: για όσο διαρκεί η συνεργασία και στη συνέχεια για όσο ορίζει η φορολογική και η λοιπή νομοθεσία.
- Επιλογή cookies: 12 μήνες. Μετά σας ρωτάμε ξανά.
6. Τα δικαιώματά σας
Έχετε το δικαίωμα να ζητήσετε:
- Πρόσβαση στα δεδομένα σας και αντίγραφό τους.
- Διόρθωση ανακριβών ή ελλιπών δεδομένων.
- Διαγραφή («δικαίωμα στη λήθη»), εφόσον δεν υπάρχει νόμιμη υποχρέωση διατήρησης.
- Περιορισμό της επεξεργασίας.
- Φορητότητα: να λάβετε τα δεδομένα σας σε μορφή που διαβάζεται από υπολογιστή.
- Εναντίωση στην επεξεργασία που βασίζεται σε έννομο συμφέρον ή γίνεται για προώθηση.
- Ανάκληση της συγκατάθεσης οποιαδήποτε στιγμή, χωρίς να επηρεάζεται η νομιμότητα της επεξεργασίας που προηγήθηκε.
Στείλτε το αίτημά σας στο info@sunsetpropertygr.com. Θα σας απαντήσουμε δωρεάν, το αργότερο εντός ενός μήνα. Ίσως σας ζητήσουμε να επιβεβαιώσετε την ταυτότητά σας.
Δικαίωμα καταγγελίας. Αν θεωρείτε ότι η επεξεργασία παραβιάζει τον ΓΚΠΔ, μπορείτε να υποβάλετε καταγγελία στην Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα, Λεωφ. Κηφισίας 1-3, 115 23 Αθήνα, www.dpa.gr.
Ασφάλεια
Το site λειτουργεί αποκλειστικά με κρυπτογραφημένη σύνδεση (HTTPS). Πρόσβαση στα δεδομένα έχουν μόνο εξουσιοδοτημένα πρόσωπα, με προσωπικούς κωδικούς.
Ανήλικοι
Οι υπηρεσίες μας απευθύνονται σε ενήλικες. Δεν συλλέγουμε εν γνώσει μας δεδομένα ατόμων κάτω των 18 ετών.

2. What data we collect
When you fill in a form on the site
- Name, phone number and email.
- Details of your property or request: area, property type, bedrooms, stay dates, number of guests, your message and, if you used it, the income calculator result.
When you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp
- Your contact details and the content of the communication.
When we work together (owners, tenants, buyers, guests)
- Whatever the contract and our legal obligations require, e.g. ID details, tax number, property details, short-term rental registration number, bank account for payments.
Technical data
- IP address, device and browser type, logged automatically by our hosting provider for security and to run the site.
Please do not send us sensitive data (e.g. health, religion) through the site.

4. Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your data. We share it only as needed with:
- Service providers (processors) contractually bound to protect it:
- Netlify, Inc. (USA): website hosting and receiving contact forms.
- Google (Google Workspace): email. Also Google Fonts for the site's typefaces.
- Supabase (servers in Frankfurt, EU): property database and administrator sign-in.
- WhatsApp / Meta: only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.
- Partners, when needed for the service you asked for: accountants, lawyers, notaries, engineers, cleaning and maintenance crews, booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com).
- Public authorities (e.g. the Greek tax authority), when required by law.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some providers (e.g. Netlify, Google) may process data in the USA. Transfers rely on GDPR safeguards: the EU–US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. How long we keep it
- Requests that did not lead to a partnership: up to 24 months after the last contact, then deleted.
- Clients and partners: for the duration of our cooperation and then for as long as tax and other laws require.
- Your cookie choice: 12 months, after which we ask again.
6. Your rights
You have the right to request:
- Access to your data and a copy of it.
- Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten"), unless we must keep it by law.
- Restriction of processing.
- Portability: receiving your data in a machine-readable format.
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interest or for direct marketing.
- Withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Send your request to info@sunsetpropertygr.com. We will reply free of charge within one month at the latest, and may ask you to confirm your identity.
Right to complain. If you believe your data is processed in breach of the GDPR, you can lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, 1-3 Kifisias Ave, 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr.
Security
The site runs only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only authorised people with personal passwords can access the data.
Minors
Our services are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
