Για ερωτήσεις: info@sunsetpropertygr.com.

What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. Your browser's "local storage" (localStorage) works in a similar way. Below we refer to both as "cookies".
How we use them
We use only what is necessary for the site to work. These do not require consent under Greek Law 3471/2006 (Art. 4(5)) and the ePrivacy Directive. Statistics or marketing cookies are enabled only if you accept them.
Necessary (always on)
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
sunset-lang | sunsetpropertygr.com | Remembers the language you chose (ΕΛ / EN) | Until you delete it |
sunset-consent | sunsetpropertygr.com | Remembers your cookie choice | 12 months |
sb-…-auth-token | Supabase | Keeps the site administrator signed in. Admin page only, never for visitors. | Until sign-out |
Statistics (with consent)
We currently use no analytics tools. If we add one (e.g. Google Analytics), it will load only if you accept it and will be listed in this table.
Marketing (with consent)
We currently use no advertising cookies. If we add any (e.g. Meta Pixel, Google Ads), they will load only if you accept them and will be listed here.
Third-party services
We use Google Fonts for the site's typefaces. It sets no cookies, but your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. When you tap buttons such as WhatsApp or Google Maps, you go to third-party services with their own privacy policies.
How to control cookies
- With the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
- In your browser settings you can delete or block cookies. If you block the necessary ones, some features (e.g. your language choice) will not be remembered.
For how we process your personal data, see the Privacy policy. Questions: info@sunsetpropertygr.com.
